Refund policy


• Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Our aim is to provide you the best customer experience. Your feedback is important to us, please let us know with your reason of return.

How do I return?
• Send us an e-mail to ( including following informations:
⁃ (Essential) Your relevant contact details. E-mail and/or mobile phone.
⁃ (Essential) Your order number and receipt of your purchase(s).
⁃ (Optional) Reason of return.
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
Damaged Items

Please note that you must notify us of damaged items within TWO working days of receiving your order.  

What items are returnable?
You can return your items STRICTLY within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Your return need to be received by Almustahab Collection within 14 days. We advise you initiate a return within 5 days as return requests can only be approved Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm and may take up to 24 hours to process. Almustahab Collection are not responsible for delays caused by  couriers when returning items. All items must be:

• In original, resaleable condition.
• Unwashed, unworn and unperfumed. 
• In the original packaging.
Sale items, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There is a standard €3.00 restocking fee deducted from returned items.
• Restocking fee applies to per product, not to the entire order.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


How soon will I get my refund?
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to show in your accounts.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
